In the field of spiritual teachings and personal development we often use concepts like 'Expanding Consciousness'.
Yet in the public space very little time is spend on elaboration and sharing with eachother what that even means. Or what the one using the words means by it.
So, What does expanding consciousness mean?
Here is a way to describe, formulated in my personal words:
Expanding consciousness is gaining expanded perspectives
To be able to see, feel and understand things from multiple points of view,
multiple contexts, multiple perspectives
This will allow you to shift out of your personal experience, your personal view point of things, and see them from different stand points
Allowing you to gain more information about the same ‘thing’.
Hereby you will learn that one perspective does not rule out the other,
on a contrary; many truths co-exist, even though they can seem opposites
The more perspectives you gain, the deeper you start to understand things
As well as,
👉🏻the more you start to understand how little we still understand
As well as
👉🏻the more you begin to realise that our reality exists within ENDLESS perspectives, possibilities and contexts
…Which can AND WILL contradict eachother and yet are all part of the same
They exist in inseparable connection
This is what we call a PARADOX
The process of perspective cracking open and understanding bigger ‘truths’ beyond your personal view point and even beyond the human view point,
realising universal, cosmic, non-dual perspectives etc… is what is meant by Expanding consciousness
The personal process of relating to that is often called ‘awakening’
because it feels like waking up from a reality into a whole new reality.
That process usually comes with a lot of WOW’s 🤩 💥
But also goes through many stages of confusion, emotions, doubts and can even feel unsettling at times.
I specialise in guiding people through these deep processes, helping them understand, upgrade their language, finding their own inner guidance and shifting into a dynamic relationship between inner and outer, higher and lower, dark and light. Earthing the deeply spiritual and embodying their full potential.
