With this training we dive deep into the essence of the work of
Energetic, Conscious Resonance with Source
to activate Kundalini and Expanded states of Consciousness so you can facilitate Kundalini Activation Sessions in groups and one on one.
And/ or to bring bright energetic consciousness into any field of work and interaction for the good of all
Bringing the experience of what goes beyond human understanding, together with a continuing expansion of understanding and embodiment.
Connecting 'spiritual states' with 'what it means to be human'.
Navigating the many layers of what you are [your Multi-dimensionality] with consciousness
and knowing how to interact with the dynamics of Human life and all it's many contradictions.
The aim of this training is to honor the power of the work in it's purest form,
with the most potent energetic Frequencies, while also evolving and grounding the way we work.
Creating an emotional, social and energetic safe space for us all.
A space where each individual is seen as sovereign.

WHAT THIS TRAINING IS NOT:
This training - mentorship is not set up to be yet another 'branded' quick, short facilitator training that is solely based on surrender, without understanding.
It is not a way to remodel the work into another look-a-like-style with a new name.
Also the training and the way we work is not structured around a guru or a leader.
Though Ingvild will be the teacher who is guiding the training and mentorship, her work will be to guid you to your Inner guidance and a state of you taking Leadership over your Energetic Essence in a synergy with Life.
We aim to evolve and expand the essence of the work into it's next phase of growth and integrity

About Ingvild
My name is Alexa Young
Ingvild is an international trainer who has worked all over the world and with more than 30 nationalities.
She has a profound background in Personal development and spirituality. Her understanding of the work is a combination of innate Knowing, direct PERSONAL experience, continuing study, connecting many fields of knowledge, philosophy, embodied skills, integrating science and guiding thousands of people from all over the world though the process of Inner Growth.
Besides holding an incredibly powerful and pure energetic resonance field with many beautiful high vibrational frequenties, Ingvild is also very experienced and skilled in holding a safe and loving space for the human side of the experience. Integration in to our human life plays a key roll in Ingvilds way of guiding the work.
For the energetic work Ingvild trained with several of the leading teachers world wide while realizing her own innate Energetic resonance dating back to her earliest memories.
She continues to expand her understanding, skills and mostly her Integrated Presence by living her work, always putting herself in the role of being a beginner over and over again, working with great teachers and mostly by a deep dedication of doing her own inner work.
In 2024 it became clear to her that she has a profound task to do in training qualified students to become Facilitators for activating Kundalini, Expanded Consciousness and Integrating Multi-Dimensionality. As her unique insights and energetic coding have something to add that is not provided in any other training out there
