About Kundalini Activations
Q: How can I prepare for a sessions?
A: You don't really have to prepare for an Activation Session with any practices or studying.
However, here are some advices to help you get the most out of your session
- at least 24 hours before a session don't use: Alcohol, plant medicine, micro-dosing or drugs
- drink enough water
- Keep your diet as clean and plant based as possible
- Wear easy fitting clothes, not to tight, thighness can obstruct the flow of energy
- Wear layers of clothing so you can adjust when you feel cold or warm during the session.
Q: Are Kundalini Activation Sessions for everyone?
A: Yes and Maybe.
Yes; Activation Sessions are for anyone who feels the call, the appeal, the resonance, the YES (even when the mind doesn't understand) to experience it.
Maybe; Doing this work in a group session is not recommended for people who have (a history with) psychosis, epilepsy or similar diagnosis. The reason for this is that in a group I, as a facilitator and a space holder, have to be there for everyone in the group, while in a one on one session I can fully tune into you and guide you in a personalized way.

Q: What can I do after a session for better integration?
A: With time and trust the process will guide you into the right integration.
However there are some practices that will strengthen your process of Kundalini activation aswell as support your (human) system to hold and integrate more of the high vibrational energy that comes with expanded consciousness.

Q: There are many Kundalini Activating modalities. What's the difference or is all energy the same?
We're talking about all kindes of look-a-like modalities like Leap, KAP, NRGY, MET, Kundalini Awakenings etc.
A: Not really. But, the form is more or les the same all over. And the effects can seem similar. There there really is a lot of nuance and difference in quality.

Q: Can I practice this way of activations by myself at home?
A: Kundalini Activations like in a group session are not a self-practice as the movement of energy is enhanced and a different experience by the presence of a well trained facilitator.
By experiencing profound Activations through sessions you will (over time) get more and more access to interacting with your own energy system, this can be a very enjoyable experience.
Also there are ways to learn to move and interact with your own energy. I teaches a couple of powerful ways to do this in my 'Move Your Own Energy - Workshops'.

Q: “I did one Activation session but didn’t notice so much happening, while others had very intense experiences. How can that be, did I do something wrong?”
A: No, you did nothing wrong. The process of (embodied) energetic activation is unique for everybody. As is the pace in which you consciously start to notice the activations.
So even when you have already done a lot of practices, reiki, plant medicine, trauma healing etc., it can still be that your mind, your nervous system and your physical body need some time to adjust and adapt to this way of surrendering to high frequency energy and Kundalini activation.

Q: “What is the role of the playlist in the activation sessions?”
A: The playlists are not needed for the Energy to activate. But, they can be a powerful addition to your experience as they can help our emotional layers and our brain to shift in different states.

Q: “What is KAP?”
A: KAP is a company/brand/school that trains facilitators to conduct Kundalini Activation sessions in groups and individually.
Because KAP as a brand has gained tremendous visibility in recent years, reaching a growing audience with Kundalini Activations, confusion arises quite often and people tend to call all Activation work 'KAP'. Even if it is not linked to the brand.

Q: “How do I find a good facilitator in my area, how do I choose from so many offerings?”
A: Personally I am very picky when it comes to who I go to to work on or with me. I will travel far or wait long for the right person, if needed. Also I see that reflected in my clients who will sometimes even fly in from (really far) abroad to have a session with me. (which is obviously more then humbling).
There really are amazing spaceholders & facilitators out there, all over the world. If you do a bit of research you will find them. To help you with that I wrote this article with some questions you can ask in your search.
WHAT to expect in a SESSION
In an Activation session you simply will be lying down, music will be played and ingvild will work with you energetically and by touching different chakra and meridian points.
In her sessions Ingvild takes much time for introductions, explanation of the process, for sharing and for questions and integration.

Different kind of

CLass
This is a regular Activation Session with a 60 minute transmission and ending with a sharing session and a cup of tea.
The whole of the session will take 2-2,5 hours
The groups go up to 20 people joining.
Full Moon
Session
The moon has an influence on the water on our planet. As our human bodies contain for about 70% of water the moon also as a profound impact on us.
Every Full Moon of the year has it’s own specific energetic impact.
When we experience an Activation session during the full moon, the life energy will interact with the energetic qualities of the full moon.
The class will be much build up like an open class
GO Deeper
Session
In a Go Deeper Session we prolong the transmission to 90 minutes instead of the regular 60 minutes.
The longer transmissions can help us to go deeper into the experience, allowing us to touch yet deeper layers of our inner being.
Two
Facilitators
In a session with two (or more) facilitators we have more time per person and can sometimes work in your energetic field together.
The energy in a sessions with two or more facilitators can be extra vivid.
The groups go up to 30 people joining
Intensive
Day
On an intensive day you will experience 2 or a maximum or 3 transmissions on one day. The intention of an Intensive is to allow you to go into the full immersion of surrender.
The contents of these days will differ per event.
Often also elements like (Yin) yoga, meditation, journaling, breathwork and other modalities can be added.
One on One
Session
For a one on one session I invite to the beautiful Energy-workspace in my own home. I take all the time for you personally before, during and after the session. With a lot of attention for understanding context, questions and integration. If you like you can suggest songs so I can personalize your Activation Session-Soundscape.
A session will take +/- 2 hours of which 60 minutes will be the Energetic Activations Session. Afterwards you get a cup of teach and some lovely snacks.
